Project Description
Located just north of Seattle’s University Village, the Burke Gilman trail, and the University of Washington, this full-block development provides housing and amenities for multiple generations in one project. The buildings are sited around a central landscaped courtyard, with retail spaces and apartments along the busy arterials and assisted living units along the quieter residential streets. The development also includes amenities for the greater community, such as a pocket park and a south-facing plaza featuring public art.
