Project Description
Located in one of Seattle’s most densely populated and eclectic neighborhoods, Ovation Towers is a luxury apartment destination for renters seeking comfort and class in a historic yet burgeoning urban community.
Designed by Perkins&Will’s Seattle studio in partnership with Quarterra, a Denver-based multifamily developer, the project spans 713,000 square feet and features two 32-story residential towers offering unparalleled amenities and views of Mount Rainier, Cascade Mountains, Lake Union and city skyline.
Within Ovation’s two towers, residents can relish in one of two locally curated art collections that coincide with their distinct styles–one contemporary, the other classic–and choose from one of six home design schemes that match individual tastes. The property is comprised of 550 apartment homes consisting of one- and two-bedroom units and one- and two-story penthouses and townhomes, spanning 381 to 2,052 square feet in size. Amenities include rooftop terraces, a rooftop pool and spa, a full-floor fitness center, conference rooms and co-working spaces, outdoor pet runs and pet spas, a package room and two bike rooms.
Separating Ovation’s two towers is a landscaped woonerf, which is joined by pedestrian mews connecting to a 5,785-square foot public plaza and accessible to patrons of the property’s 6,883-square-foot retail space. An eight-level underground parking garage with 44 EV charging stations and easy access to Interstate 5 is located onsite for residents, with link light rail access and a future Madison Bus Rapid Transit stop nearby.
The project is the first high-rise in Seattle for Quarterra and sits adjacent to the celebrated Town Hall, a cultural institution in a historic building that simultaneously underwent an extensive transformation. Drawing inspiration from the existing structure, terracotta tiles and baguettes were paired with precast concrete panels to create a modern aesthetic that compliments the landmarked building. Together, Ovation Towers serve as a place for community and a gateway for residents of Downtown and the First Hill neighborhood.
