Project Description

Parque Vidalta – Serrano Monjaraz Arquitectos / Grupo Inmobiliario Altiva
Parque Vidalta is built on the slab covering the central underground parking development. In 50524 ft a generous linear park was conceptualized in which they could perform various activities. Its main function is to be the connection axis between different buildings set Vidalta Residential Park and in the background was placed the clubhouse development taking full advantage of the magnificent views of the park and wooded ravines around him.

Parque Vidalta is the main meeting point the set and was developed in three main platforms connected by walkers and staircases that create different spaces and recreate the original topography of the site. In all the environments were achieved there large bodies of water and cascades generated by the same stairs, garden areas, and pedestrian squares with different rock-hard treatments on pavements.
Is also defined a wooded area which will be transformed with age and giving a different character to the space. The park is equipped with outdoor furniture as benches and playground resulting in a functional space that integrates the 262467 ft of forest around him and make it the ideal environment for recreation, break, culture and sport. The sums of all the benefits offered by this space make the difference the development and make it unique in its type in Mexico.
