This long term senior care facility was in need of modernization and at the same time needed to create an environment that was inviting to a younger, short-term rehab clientele. With natural materials and clean lines to create an upscale resort appeal, the renovation of 60 resident rooms, public and amenity spaces and a two-story entry lobby brings the former Pratt estate dating back to 1912 into the 21st century.
