This development of supportive housing represents the first new building in the San Francisco Transbay Redevelopment Area. The project includes 120 homes and comprehensive support services to permanently house formerly chronically homeless individuals, as well as neighborhood retail and a private landscaped central courtyard. Sustainable design strategies include an innovative structural system for enhanced seismic performance, energy efficient windows, enhanced ventilation systems and a roof top solar renewable energy array.
