Project Description
The new, eight-acre Children’s Adventure Garden forms part of the Dallas Arboretum’s north end expansion. Located centrally within the Garden, the 9,600 sf Discovery Center is built into the natural slope. It is filled with innovative exhibits and interactive technology to engage children in earth and life science exploration. The Texas Skywalk, an elevated walkway meandering through a tree canopy soaring above the lush understory, provides a unique view into the interconnections between living organisms and their habitats, from the tree tops to the landscape below.
