The project is LEED silver sustainably designed providing energy & water conservation and stormwater runoff reduction benefits.

This project offers a strong civic identity for this important building type. From a design standpoint, it draws on local urban cultural traditions, favoring tough associations to industry, infrastructure, and technology. It is a sensitively contextual building, drawing many cues from its rich and diverse urban context. The building is a strong symbol within its downtown neighborhood.
