Project Description
The project for the new showroom and offices for Gravita was done in Samara Corporate building. The space has 1,400 square meters and stands out for the vertical clear with a gap and an attractive terrace. The project is divided in two. The first part is the offices for 70 people —that according to the program— were fractioned in accounting, procurement, marketing, sales and projects areas. The balcony was transformed into the employee’s dining room and it is limited by the corridor that goes into the showroom and services. Both, the showroom and the offices have a special area for visitors equipped for presentations.
In the heart of the showroom there is a custom made Hunter Douglas plafond that is used also to display the products in promotion such as: bathrooms, doors, kitchens and closets. The project has an automated lighting system and environmental audio, as well as an energy saving system activated with sensors. All the systems are centrally controlled including the voice and data system.
