The townhomes are designed in the traditional inspired vocabulary based on the late 19th century Romanesque, Queen Anne, and Victorian row houses that are prevalent in this historic district. The exterior of the units feature patterned brick work, and large first floor transoms and the cornices accented with brick corbeling. The elevations each feature a multi-story projecting bay to further tie the façade into the local vernacular. The interior of the units provide over 2,000 sq. ft. of luxury living with three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, elevated ceilings, spacious Owner's Suite, large rooftop terraces and an interior parking space is included with each home. It was of utmost importance to feature timeless brick architecture in this building which blends perfectly into the surrounding historic neighborhood and into the classic look and feel of our nation’s capital.
