Project Description
West 39th Street is a mixed-use project that incorporated ground floor retail on primary corner. This is a prime location, as it is directly across from a major University's medical complex. This area is a very walkable neighborhood that includes restaurants, bars, retail, etc, and is within walking distance of several bus routes. Due to the demand for this area, we had to design very high density.
