Project Description
This is a multi-functional warehouse, cold storage, and distribution center for Whole Foods. The goal was to make a functional distribution and office building that intertwined with Whole Foods missions and beliefs.
To accomplish this, RPA incorporated green ideas within the designs to help make the building environmentally responsible. These features include solar panels, a rain-cistern to allow the reuse of water for all the water features found within the building, green spaces with benches and paths, 85% post-consumer content carpet and tiles, and FSC labeled sustainable wood flooring.
