B-K Lighting Acquires Teka Illumination

California-based architectural and landscape lighting manufacturer, B-K Lighting, has announced the completion of its acquisition of Teka Illumination of Templeton, California. With similarities between the companies’ product lines, Teka Illumination will become an extension of B-K Lighting, remaining independent with its own brand identity, literature, and network of sales representatives. Manufacturing will also continue at Teka Illumination’s Templeton plant.
