The International Association of Lighting Designers (IALD) has launched a California branch of its Energy and Sustainability Committee. Its two California chapters–IALD San Francisco and IALD Southern California–will hold two events in July to discuss public policy and codes and standards issues, such as Title 24, impacting lighting designers and their projects in California. IALD Public Policy Senior Coordinator Emily Bowers and IALD Public Policy Consultant John Martin will lead the two discussions.
