Patrick Markle has been appointed chief administrative officer of San Francisco-based Auerbach Pollock Friedlander, Performing Arts/Media Facilities Planning and Design, and Auerbach Glasow French, Architectural Lighting Design and Consulting. He will oversee all administrative operations, as well as strategic planning, marketing, and public relations.
A graduate of the Yale School of Drama and the Ringling Bros and Barnum Bailey Clown College, Markle's resume is diverse and accomplished. Prior to joining the Auerbach offices he led production and technical operations at the Metropolitan Opera in New York, The Santa Fe Opera, and the San Francisco Opera. Most recently he was the managing director for Teatro ZinZanni in San Francisco. "We are delighted to welcome Patrick Markle," says Len Auerbach, founding principal.
