The ICFs manufacturer now offers reFIT, a basement finishing system that provides for a finished wall assembly R-value of 13.9. The expanded polystyrene panels interlock vertically and install easily using metal base track, corner panel connectors, and wall clips and shims; embedded fastening strips allow for attachment of drywall.
