Using a patent-pending compound, Johnsonite's Ecolibirium rubber wall base combines rubber and olefin with a natural filler of walnut and oyster shells to reduce the amount of colorant and fillers needed in the product. In total, five percent of the product's total weight comes from rapidly renewable materials and pre-consumer recycled content. The line comes in 32 standard colors that are offered across all of Johnsonite's rubber tiles, treads, and finished accessories, and all of its components are designed to coordinate with the company’s other offerings.
