This nonhazardous, one-part latex and vinyl acetate-based sealant has a VOC content of 33 g/L, is designed to service penetrations and joints in fire separations and firewalls, and controls fire, smoke, fumes, and water for up to four hours at temperatures up to 1,850 degrees Fahrenheit.
