Switch to Moon, CoeLux
Since entering the market less than 10 years ago, CoeLux has become a market leader in ceiling-integrated lighting systems that reproduce the effect of a natural light skylight, complete with blue sky and a faux sun. Now, users can also witness the tempered light of the moon. Unveiled at Light+Build 2018, the company's "Switch to Moon" mode allows the CoeLux 45HC and CoeLux 60HC models to transition from daylight to an evening moonlight scenario. coelux.com

Fluid, Selux
Developed with Berlin-based design agency e27, Fluid is a modular pendant that can be arranged in multiple configurations. “The vision we pursued was that of a hovering frame that generates concentrated brightness within the room without onlookers perceiving a central light source,” said e27 designer Fax Quintus in a press release. Fluid comes in 3000K or 4000K at a CRI of 90. The asymmetrical aluminum units, featuring a trapezoidal cross section for a linear LED module, can be configured in near-limitless shapes, with angular segment sections available from 30 to 150 degrees, and from 210 to 330 degrees. The fixture is available in three lengths: 35", 47", and 58". selux.us

KUMOLED
Designed using organic light-emitting diode (OLED) technology, KUMOLED features dual-faced, 4.2 mm–thick OLED panels overlaid with Japanese shōji paper for a soft light diffusion. The fixture is available in 3000K and has integrated sensors that track and respond to movement, lighting conditions, and even weather patterns. Environmental factors trigger subtle lighting effects through the control matrix platform, Flokk. KUMOLED is available in three floor lamp configurations with an oak or Corian base. kumoled.com

Prepare to Connect and Ready to Connect, We-ef
We-ef's Prepare to Connect (P2C) and Ready to Connect (R2C) outdoor lighting series are designed for communities that understand the benefits of connected devices, but are not ready to install this technology. As stipulated by the latest iteration of the Zhanga protocols, each of these fixtures has a receptacle that is sized to fit sensor and communication modules from a variety of manufacturers, giving communities the flexibility to connect at their discretion. A precursor to R2C, P2C is fitted with standard control gear that can be swapped out. R2C has integrated sensor and communication modules with a DALI LED–driver ready for connection at any point. weef.de

Meridiana, Davide Groppi
An extension of the Spacial Concept suite of luminaires, Meridiana (or "sundial" in English) can be wall- or ceiling-mounted through Groppi's proprietary Endless conductive adhesive tape technology, negating the need for electric wires. The fixture is fitted with a 40W LED. davidegroppi.com
