In lieu of drywall, PLUSone turns to flexible architectural panels from Interior Products of Brunswick, Ga., for architectural detailing. “In a ceiling, you can use it as the finish without any other treatment,” Baird explains. Kerfkore is manufactured in 4-foot-by-8-foot sheets with a particle-board, MDF, plywood, or substrate core and a wood veneer surface.
