In many climate zones, minimizing solar heat gain without sacrificing views and daylighting potential is a challenge for designers who wish to specify expansive glass panes. PPG’s Vistacool Atlantica reflective glass combines a visible light coefficient of 47% with a solar heat gain coefficient of 0.35 for a light-to-solar-gain ratio of 1.32.
