The Bilco Co.’s new thermally enhanced performance roof hatch is energy efficient and composed of corrosion-resistant recycled aluminum with a fully insulated cover and curb. It features a 2-inch (51-mm) polyisocyanurate thermal insulation board with an R-value of 12 and EPDM finger-type gasket that creates a positive seal between the cover and curb.
