Photographer Noah Kalina Shoots a Darkened Manhattan Skyline

ARCHITECT photographer Noah Kalina shoots the Manhattan skyline from a perch in Brooklyn.

Noah Kalina had planned to shoot around Lower Manhattan yesterday evening. But an influx of refugee friends from Manhattan and some logistical challenges associated with commuting into Manhattan kept him in Brooklyn—where he captured these shots instead. The skyline is long and much of it is dark as New York struggles to gather itself after the devastation of Hurricane Sandy.
