SnoBlox-SnoJax has introduced SlateGuard, a pre-assembled snow retention device that is a polycarbonate snow guard attached to a 304 stainless steel strap. It can be used in new or retrofit applications on roofs, including metal shingle. Slots in the strap easily engage roof nails for installation and rolled tabs hold the device in place. Eight stock colors as well as a clear finish are available.
