Firm Description

My name is Alan Erickson. I have been a custom home builder for over thirty years in the Austin area. I also pride myself as a design-builder. As a builder, I am able to design floor plans that accurately reflect my client’s budgets. I often see architects put things on paper that are great. However, these designs are not realistic for the lot or the clients budget. My design-build process eliminates the need for an architect and allows the customer to save money that could go to thier house.
