Project Description
Two buildings with thirty-two residential units are located on a new developing residential zone of Tuzla, İstanbul. The Buildings are very simple in their form and are animated by wooden colored aluminium composite panels.
In accordance with the urban planning regulations, the apartments are arranged in one tract parallel with the road, and are four floor high. The space between the buildings allows for a swimming pool and a small scale open garden.
An underground autopark was designed under the tract. The two building attached each other with this underground autuopark and small fitness&spa center. Buildings have open roof terraces which are designed as a social gathering place. In design procces of the project, we focused on creating social sustainability of the community. Social areas form the design’s main concept.
