Project Description
Detached villa, designed ideally for a sloping plot, facing the sea. Built on two levels, with
Eco-friendly materials (cement, metal, glass) and earthy colors that will implement the project.
The pool is located in front of the living room and flows into one level between the guestroom and the playroom. The living room is situated in the center of the building, with an open kitchen as well as WC. The master bedroom and the two other bedrooms all have separate bathrooms. One can use the staircase or elevator to arrive at the different levels of the building. At the lowest level, there exist space for storage and the engine room. At this level, a corridor reaching 4.5 meters, will take you to the guest-and play room with access to the pool and its surrounding garden.
