Manhatta Architecture, P.C. is a full-service architectural design firm that specializes in residential, commercial, recreational, institutional and urban design. Services offered include design, zoning analysis, building code consultation, space programming, construction documents, and construction administration. Since its founding in 2011, the office has completed numerous projects throughout the New York City.

The firm’s principal Richard Garey, R.A. is licensed in New York with reciprocity throughout the fifty states, Distric of Columbia, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Guam and Canada. He holds a degree from the Columbia University Graduate School of Architecture.
