Horton Lees Brogden Lighting Design has expanded its design staff at all three of its office locations. Zoe Garaway and Alexis Schlemer have joined the Los Angeles office; Claudia Andrea Saavedra Meza and Maria del Pilar Toro-Ortiz have joined the New York team; and Takanori Taira, Brian Franco, and Leia Kozel have joined the firm’s San Francisco location.
