Aromat Lighting Division Merges with Vossloh-Schwabe

Matsushita Electric Works has announced a merger between its two lighting component operations in North America – Aromat Lighting Division and Vossloh-Schwabe – to become effective on July 1, 2005. As a combined team under the VS Brand, a complete range of components will be available, including electronic HID and FL/CFL ballasts and lampholders, halogen low-voltage transformers and lampholders, LED modules and converters, and Edison lampholders and a variety of accessories.
