Project Description
As the name says it, Fluctuart is an art center completetly dedicated to street-art and graffitii culture, with an approach centered in transparency and reflection. A special connexion with the water is created as the Seine river that enters in the core of the building generating a very dynamic and intense patio that shares, from the arrival ,all the very different layers to the visitors.
Day and night ambiances have each one of them very particular personallities – with day being centered in the quietness and peace offered by the colors of the water reflecting on the big frames of glass and light metal structures. And night, in the urban potencialities of coulored lights and contrast.
Fluctuart is placed in the heart of Paris in the berges de Seine in front of the Grand Palais giving him a very previleged nature as the only new building in such a stoned historical environment.
