Project Description
The intent for this design was to create a backdrop for the client’s urban art and stylish furniture while creating a casual, family-orientated environment. Taking over this renovation as construction was commencing on this project, allowed us to simplify the design of this elegant house remodel, and choose finishes and details that matched our client’s modernist taste. The large great room was conceived as a gathering space with the adjacent living room providing an intimate entertainment room for evening movie watching. The house is centered on a courtyard that encourages outdoor living for both young and old.
