Project Description
The central axis of the project was the intervention of “drilling” 8 floors inside a corporate office building. The client is a company dedicated to the manufacture of “pipelines” so a central nucleus was established that will unify all the floors through a cylinder where a diverse central program is generated by level and the intercommunication of the different levels that the company. To achieve unification, the 8 floors that the company rents were drilled; This element can be seen from the outside of the building, incorporating a new architectural element into the overall volume. The use of warm materials in the central core, generates a contrast with the incorporation of open spaces providing comfort to the user and allowing versatility in the use of spaces.
