Foster + Partners Opens Dubai Office

London-based Foster + Partners has opened a regional office in Dubai, the firm announced on Thursday. “Dubai is emerging as a global hub for the design and construction industry, exemplified by the varied scope and breadth of our projects in the region,” said head of studio Gerard Evenden in a press release. The firm’s Apple Dubai Mall opened on April 27. “The opening of our new office in the city reflects our commitment and belief in Dubai as a centre for design and innovation,” Evenden said.
