Laminators Inc. now is manufacturing Thermolite insulated panels with panned edges. The metal-wrapped edges save installers time panning edges for typical curtainwall or glass and glazing applications with 1-inch extrusions and molding systems. The edges are custom cut and fabricated based on a project’s specifications. The Thermolite panels are constructed with an EPS or ISO foam core sandwiched between two corrugated, polyallomer stabilizers and finished aluminum sheets. They are available in 4- and 5-foot widths and lengths up to 12 feet.
