Michael J. Armstrong

Michael J. Armstrong is CEO of the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards. Before joining NCARB in 2011, he held senior positions at FEMA, the International Code Council, and the Colorado Governor's Office of Energy Conservation. Michael is licensed to practice law in Colorado and before the U.S. Supreme Court.
