The Lynn on Bryant is a French-inspired bistro at the lively corner of 50th and Bryant in the Lynnhurst neighborhood of south Minneapolis. Our chef/client wanted the small, high-ceilinged restaurant to have a clean, modern feel that was warm and comfortable. The designer responded with the use of natural materials such as barnboard and reused material similar to vintage telephone insulators. Restaurant critic Rachel Hutton of Minnesota Monthly wrote, “It’s Dwell magazine come to life, except the hipsters are happy.”
