Zonda’s Elevate conference returns to Miami this December, uniting the biggest names in real estate to explore the trends redefining luxury high-rises.

From Dec. 9 to 11, during Miami Design Week, the Fontainebleau Miami will become a hub for the masterminds behind luxury high-rises, as they dive into the unique forces shaping top projects across the globe.

“Elevate is an exclusive event that is meant specifically for the high-rise industry,” says Zonda CEO Jeff Meyers. “This is where you’ll hear from the developers who are actually building the tallest and most impressive buildings in the world and meet with peers who can provide deep insight into the state of the industry.”

Attendees will hear from developers behind notable buildings, such as the Dolce & Gabbana Residences and Mercedes-Benz Places in Brickell and Aman and One High Line Residences in New York City.

Some highly anticipated discussions include: Branded Advantage: The Distinctive Features of Automotive, Hotel, and Fashion Residences; Mastering the Story: Selling in an Evolving Market; and Mind, Body, Home: The Wellness Revolution in Luxury Condos.

In addition to hearing from panelists on stage, attendees will have the opportunity to connect with peers, including Elevate’s own ambassadors. Be sure to seek out the following five individuals in Miami.
