Apex: The Anatomy of the Egyptian Pyramids at Norway’s National Museum of Art, Architecture and Design examines one of architecture’s most spectacular mysteries: the design of the Egyptian pyramids. Working in collaboration with Norwegian University of Science and Technology scholar Ole Jørgen Bryn, the museum presents evidence—in the form of drawings, models, and artifacts—to support the theory that the ancient designers used a projection system to build the pyramids’ exceedingly accurate apex points.
