Roger M. Soto has joined Odell Associates as president and director of design. He will be based in the firm’s Richmond, Va., office. Soto specializes in complex corporate, higher education, hospitality, and healthcare planning and design, and has worked for major institutional clients including the Baylor College of Medicine and Clinics and the Dell Pediatric Research Institute. A graduate of Rice University, Soto joins Odell from the Houston office of HOK, where he served as design director and principal.
