FROM THE ARCHITECTS:BARCODE Architects (Buro for Architecture and Contemporary Design) is an international architecture, urbanism and design practice led by directors Dirk Peters and Caro van de Venne. With every project BARCODE Architects undertakes an intensive design process to anticipate upcoming changes and respond to the continuous transformation of the city and society. We continuously dare ourselves to question established values and architectural principles. We challenge ourselves and the design team, constantly pushing the boundaries of the imagination to achieve new and original concepts, strategies and visionary ideas; designs that provoke people’s emotional and aesthetic awareness.
