Carpenter Sellers Del Gatto Architects (CSD) is a local, full service architecture and interior design firm celebrating 33 years in the Las Vegas Valley. You will find us to be equally passionate about design and client service.Since our start in 1986, our guiding philosophy, mission statement, and success have been built upon one simple idea: “Nurturing our client's interest in the art of Architecture, we seek to develop in them a passion like our own." We strongly believe that our dedication to the integrity of the profession, contributing to the profession through mentorship, scholarships, and giving back to the community through service are keys to our firm's successes. These successes have allowed us to complete projects in 42 states and achieve 150 design awards including the 2019 AIA Western Mountain Region Firm of the Year, 2018 AIA Nevada Firm of the Year, as well as 2019, 2016 and 2014 NAIOP of Southern Nevada Chapter Architecture Firm of the Year and the Zweig Group Top 10 Best Architecture Firms To Work For.

Our CSD team includes 10 licensed architects, 5 LEED accredited professionals, and a total staff of 29 professionals, all residents of the Las Vegas Valley. We will meet your needs by understanding your needs and vision, creating a team atmosphere for interaction between all entities, fostering open lines of communication, and always being mindful of the goals, schedule, and budget of your projects. CSD utilizes the latest technology including Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Virtual Reality Goggles. We are highly experienced in a variety of project delivery methods including: Design-Bid-Build, Design-Build and Construction-Manager-at-Risk.
