Cline Design was founded in 1989 in Raleigh, N.C. and has evolved the past 30+ years to over 100 employees, two offices – with a second in Charlotte, N.C. – and studios servicing architecture, interior design, FF&E procurement, landscape architecture, land planning, and branding.As experts at designing the experience of living well, Cline Design is committed to improving lives and transforming communities by imagining places that bring people together. From multi-family and mixed-use to adaptive re-use and workplaces, our interdisciplinary design approach balances the goals of the developer with the needs of the end-user, while our deep knowledge of each local community ensures our designs reflect the essence of the neighborhood and respects the unique characteristics of the site.
