All work processes must be mastered and solved professionally to achieve optimum results. CONCEPT (FROM CONCEPT TO REALITY) The artistic approach to any task is based on thorough analysis of the task on its own premises, but always with two general principles in view: to find the particular qualities of the task and to bring man into focus. It is of paramount importance that all staff members understand and respect the concept of the project and are able to hold onto that concept in every phase of the project. We therefore place great emphasis on evaluating each phase and ensure feedback on the concept. PROPOSAL (MODEL – DRAFTING - VISUALISATION) When developing a concept into an actual proposal, We treats the concept as a whole. Contemporary conceptualizing, existing site parameters and building codes are considered. This helps in developing the Design Direction that has to be followed by the team. The Principal Architects along with the designated team define a design language that has to be followed through the course of the particular project. This understanding is then taken forward during the Handling of the Project. DESIGN & PLANNING Extensive use of the latest CAD and 3D Modeling software helps us to create the best of documentation that is required for the smooth execution of any Project flow. The Principal Architects lead a talented Design Group through every stage of this stage. We develop the proposal into a complete master project in cooperation with other technical staff involved in the building process. This is the basis on which workmen and contractors can tender for the building contracts. The master project is thus the actual working basis of the project. CONSTRUCTION (COMPLETION QUALITY ASSURANCE & PROJECT SUPERVISION) During the construction phase we supervise the architectural/ interior site to ensure that the quality and prerequisites of the project can be communicated to the workmen. A general work discipline is enforced to create the structure for the further development of the proposal right from the beginning. Quality assurance does not end until the project has been handed over to the client. This is to ensure that during the design and building phases the client gets the quality and quantity agreed upon.
