Firm Description

Foz Design, based in New York City, is led by principal Fauzia Khanani. It was established in 2011 with a single project—a home in Upstate New York—and has grown to include a range of custom residential, commercial office, and public spaces spanning from New York to California. Khanani holds a Master of Architecture degree from the University of California, Berkeley as well as a background in sociology and public health. She has prior architectural experience in affordable housing, multi-family housing and public schools in addition to all of her custom residential work.
