Firm Description

Froelich Kim Architecture is a collaboration of two principal architects Sig Froelich and Martin Kim. Together, with a support staff and network of trusted partners, we bring a full spectrum of real world experience ranging from kitchen and bath renovations to new construction luxury high-rises.
We offer a complete set of architectural services tailored to the specific needs of each client. These services range from zoning analysis and schematic design to construction document drawings and construction phase assistance.
Our strength stems from our conviction that the built environment has the responsibility to improve the quality of life. We believe that architecture should be both beautiful and highly functional.
