Firm Description

GITC is a young architecture office, founded in 2007 by Felipe Vera Buschmann and Rodrigo Belmar Exposito, focused on innovation in the design and optimization of the construction process. We carry out the management and implementation of the complete work; from identifying opportunities, develop, define the most appropriate design to solve the problem, coordinate and build.
Currently the GITC team of more than 20 professionals in architecture, engineering and construction, developing projects like “custom homes”, clinical centers and residential buildings.
