City Lights Design Competition Winners Announced
The results of this competition to design a new streetlight for New York City have been announced. First place was awarded to Thomas Phifer and Partners, New York City; Second Place went to Skidmore Owings & Merrill, Chicago, IL; and Third Place was given to Atelier Imrey Culbert, New York City. Expanded coverage of the competition and the three finalists? schemes will appear in the Jan/Feb 2005 issue of A|L.
