The primary goal of Lannen Construction is to provide the absolute highest level of quality and service to meet the needs, expectations and goals of each client as efficiently and problem-free as possible. We draw upon over 40 years of top management experience to help us meet this goal. We provide and work with a critical path method schedule to track all construction activities, allow on-time completion, and give adequate time for owner decision deadlines. To keep you in budget, we obtain multiple bids from reputable subcontractors, as well as using our own "In House" crews. All of our projects are monitored with industry-leading "Master Builders" construction software. Billing is clear and simple. Comprehensive yet uncomplicated reports give the Lannen office, our job supervisors, and you an accurate accounting of the project. We are careful in selecting the projects we undertake, as to insure effective allocation of our resources and to maintain our high level of service to all our clients. Our attention to detail, efficient management and accounting systems, result in a smooth and enjoyable construction process for all involved.
