Olsen Associates is a professional architecture firm providing architectural planning and design services to public and private clients. Our firm is a full service firm with a wide variety of project experience for a variety of building types. Prior to formation of Olsen Associates in Saratoga Springs in 1991 both partners completed numerous large scale commercial, institutional and residential projects in New York City and Western New York State.The firm’s work includes new construction, adaptive reuse and renovation/restoration of existing building stock. Olsen Associates offers a wide variety of services tailored to individual client needs including:

In the past 15 years Olsen Associates with our consultants have teamed-up to realize the completion of more than 1,000 residential units in more than 20 mixed use and residential projects.
