We are a Philadelphia based, family owned construction company mainly providing services in residential, retail, office spaces, and restaurants.

Three Services Corp. was started some 40 years ago by Vince Massara who comes from a family of builders and architects. Vince has done work in Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, South Carolina, Florida and California and with the help of Chris Padron we are hoping to expand our practices to more clients in more states. Our practices range from small renovations, complete renovations, additions, and homes from the ground up. We specialize in, but not limited to, suburban and inner city residential, restoration of historical structures, office spaces, retail and restaurants.
